CONDITIONS of reservation: To make a reservation you need to pay previously the total amount of the first night. You can do it by bank transfer, postal order or credit card.

On this last case we will ask you to send us your VISA credit card number ad expiration date via e-mail or fax. This will guarantee you the room and will not have an hour time to arrive.

CANCELLATIONS  of reservation: Only by telephone. If you cancel the reservation before 10 days  of your arrival date we will refund you the 80%  you paid for the reservation.

If you cancel during this last 10 days before your arrival, the 50% of the amount you payed will be refunded.

If you don’t show up the night of your reservation and you don’t advise us, you will loose the total amount of the reservation.
 

The acceptation of these conditions is needed to make reservation.
